![]() It's clear the change has been made by some disconnected tech head who thinks they know what we want and no doubt as briefed by management, the CS reps will just state the bleeding obvious and not address the change they have made. Well done CS representative, that was my issue and I wanted to know how I can now see my historic plays as a total number. I have contacted them and first email response they completely failed to read my issue (this happens a lot), then finally they have tried to tell me that I can only see the last 12 months data. Now you can only see the max of last 12 months data. What a solution, list I can read to sitting there roaming over the map? And now in the last week they have removed the front page of the Distribute section and hence removed the list of the total plays. There is absolutely no intuitive or joined up thinking. Bach (the composer) but not my artist name (the performer). Having submitted a classical piano piece by J.S Bach under my new artist name, LANDR gives me access to Spotify for Artists to J.S. However my tracks are constantly being distributed to the wrong artist, often artists that I do not even own and I have no relationship to. I paid for the premium package (LANDR Studio) because I knew I wanted to distribute to multiple artists and Studio allows this (so it says).
